WHY BEHIND THE SCENES

Villages do many things.  Some Villages provide services, some run programs, some provide a concierge service to members.  Villages can decide to do one, two, or all of the the above.  There are many behind the scenes activities needed to make this happen.  This page describes operating procedures for programs, services and concierge.  Just ignore what is not relevant to your village.
